We interview your experts and review existing materials (if you have them). We produce a design document that serves as a roadmap for your course or training program. Details include instructional approach, learning outcomes, audience segments, lesson outlines and duration, assessment strategies, delivery method, risks and assumptions, and more. 

COURSE AUTHORING

We work collaboratively to produce a course prototype. This may be instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led, self-paced eLearning, etc. The prototype includes the course flow, a full narrative script, learner interactions, visuals, and other elements you will see in the finished product. We follow best practices, ensuring content aligns to top learning theories and fits the needs of your learners and your organization.

RAPID ELEARNING DEVELOPMENT

We use a range of authoring tools to develop the functioning course (Storyline, Rise, edX, etc). We apply our experience in developing for the online space to integrate clean and intuitive user experience (UX) and top design principles to maximize retention. Your team reviews and we make updates based on feedback.
